R & D Projects was originally created as a freelance web site design company with the intention of helping a few small business owners establish (or refurbish) their Internet presence. Nothing much has really been done to further that and I am employed full-time elsewhere so this landing page is the extent of it at this time.
About the best thing I can point to in the way of a portfolio is the Garden Dreams Design site. That began as a couple PowerPoint slide mock-ups and a few discussions later became what you see if you follow that link. I give design credit to the site's owner (hi Tami!) but the implementation was all me.
